“I can’t talk with my employees or my spouse. I feel isolated in my decision-making.”
“As my business grows, I have outgrown my cadre of expensive experts.”
Don’t be the lone ranger. Don’t try to do it all on your own without outside expertise and support. Find others you can learn from and also help. Might be a consultant, a coach, or an informal advisor. Or a community of peers that work together, like the business owners in my Business Groups.
